Essential Job Functions
including but not limited to:

  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
  • Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
  • Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Maintain guest files.
  • Reset systems for the following day s operations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, and auditing reports and tables.
  • Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs including the coordination of room deliveries.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.


Experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail is necessary. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Knowledge of PMS or SMS is a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
