Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Perform wound care and dressing changes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
Experience:
- Experience in dementia care, DME, and medical terminology is preferred
- Proficiency in infant care, dialysis, ER procedures, airway management, catheterization, primary care, and venipuncture is advantageous
