Education: As a Magnet organization, for those hired into an RN position after January 1, 2014, it is _required_ to obtain a BSN within five years of your start date as an RN with McLaren Northern Michigan. Certification in the specialty area of practice is strongly encouraged.
Licensure: Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Michigan. BLS certification required.
Experience: Minimum one year of experience in Renal Dialysis required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
